At Eftpos Gift, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the nature of prepaid gift cards, returns are generally limited to defective or non-activated products. If your card is damaged or fails to function upon receipt, please follow our streamlined return process within 14 days of delivery.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue regarding your gift card.
Verification
Our team will verify the card status and transaction history to ensure the balance remains intact and the card is eligible for replacement.
Secure Disposal
Once approved, you will be instructed to securely destroy the faulty card or return it to our office for physical inspection if required.
Issuance of Replacement
A new Eftpos Gift card with the original balance will be dispatched to your registered address or issued digitally within 3-5 business days.
